Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Accountant cum Admin

to manage our financial records, office operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, proficiency in

Zoho software

(e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho People), and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently. This role is open to candidates who may require

husband visa sponsorship

, provided they meet the job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:



Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records using

Zoho Books

or similar accounting software. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Budgeting and Reporting:

Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Payroll Processing:

Process payroll using

Zoho People

or other payroll software. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and bonuses.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable taxes.

Administrative Duties:



Office Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.

HR Support:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping using

Zoho People

. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Documentation and Filing:

Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents. Handle confidential information with discretion.

Communication and Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.

Qualifications:Required:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. Proficiency in

Zoho software

(e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho People) or similar tools. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred:



Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. Experience working in a multicultural environment. Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes (for husband visa eligibility).

Visa Sponsorship:



This position is open to candidates who may require

husband visa sponsorship

. The company will assist eligible candidates with the visa application process, provided they meet the job requirements and local immigration regulations.

Working Conditions:



Office-based role with standard working hours.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
