We are in urgent need of a full time experienced Admin cum Accountant. Preferably with a Interior Design, Joinery and Fit out experience.
Bachelors Degree holder
2- 3 years experience in UAE
Proficient in MS Office, specially in excel and Sage 50.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Prepare and process of filing VAT Tax returns.
• Prepare Payment Request for vendors and monthly expenses and monthly payroll.
• Prepares Projects Production Monitoring and Budgeting.
• Prepare Financial Statements such as, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
• Prepare Purchase Order for Workshop Production Materials.
• Responsible in Assisting on External Audit for the year-end Financial Reports.
• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments.
• With good communication skill both verbal and written
• With high levels of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
