We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and strong understanding of accounting principles.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor Degree in Accounts / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Accountant in UAE.
• At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sector
• Strong verbal written communication skills in English
• Age below 35 years
Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage financial transactions related to property sales, rentals and leases.
