Accountant (with Work Experience With Real Estate Companies)
Job Description
Grand Stores is a leading distributor and retailer in products from the technology, luggage, beauty and home sectors since its establishment in 1981 in the UAE. The wide variety of world-class products offered include Imaging & Information Technology, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Medical Systems, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Skincare, Luggage, Linen, Dinnerware and Gifts.
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and strong understanding of accounting principles.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor Degree in Accounts / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Accountant in UAE.
• At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sector
• Strong verbal written communication skills in English
• Age below 35 years
Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage financial transactions related to property sales, rentals and leases.
