About Us:
Mubadara is a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure solutions in the UAE. We specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of telecom towers and GSM infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant who can also manage material and document control efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and submit VAT filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Manage material control activities: receiving, releasing, and maintaining stock.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and conduct regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with suppliers, place orders, and manage procurement to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Generate financial reports and conduct analysis to support business decisions.
• Use and manage accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, etc.) for daily operations.
• Manage document control tasks related to projects, including filing, tracking, and maintaining updated records for material deliveries, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of transactions, materials, and inventory changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain organized and easily accessible project documentation.
• Maintain and update complex Excel spreadsheets for material tracking, stock management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure excellent document-keeping practices, both digital and physical, for easy access and audit purposes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in steel fabrication for telecom towers and GSM-related works, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Solid understanding of fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in welding, cutting, and assembly of steel structures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, material, and document control.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT filing in the UAE.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, or equivalent.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, data analysis, and material tracking.
• Experience in managing inventory, stock control, document tracking, and supplier relations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain comprehensive records.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the steel fabrication and/or GSM project industry is a plus.
• Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi or UAE.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
