We are looking for a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant to assist with the general inventory and accounting operations. He should have solid communication, technology, organizational, and analytical skills, and advanced Excel abilities. He should be experienced and ready to learn different accounting software and work independently.

Assistant accountant duties and responsibilities may include the following:

Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.

Daily cash flow statement

Completing analysis of the employee expenditures

Managing income and expenditure accounts

Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data

Keeping a check on the company's finances based on the financial status

Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

• Experience in cost Accounting is a must
• Experience in handling Inventory at a Manufacturing company is a must
• Experience with accounting software and data entry
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in Zoho / Odoo software
• Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
• Cost Accounting Experience
