Ongoing monitoring of aged debtors and creditors and follow up outstanding balances as required.
Support the Managing Director and budget holders with the annual budget setting process.
Ensure any external audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Develop external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers and other statutory organisations.
Oversee all Imagine suppliers and services.
Provide appropriate management feedback and reports.\xc2\xb7 Weekly SOA. Monthly P&Ls, General Ledger, Journal. Annual accounts for audit.
