Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at a leading uniform manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, making quotations, and preparing invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare quotations for clients based on their requirements.
• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits as required.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the manufacturing or garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Experience in preparing quotations and invoices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
