This is a key role in providing essential experienced business professional with a strong finance background to support in managing the accounting, reporting, forecasting and monitoring of all aspects of performance for our Dubai office.

Reporting to the Senior Accountants in their daily routines like data entry, bookkeeping, reporting, monthly financial close and periodic forecasting/budgeting activities, providing critical support in the generation of timely reports and analysis.

In this role you will Screening and Creating New Customers in our ERP system (Microsoft AX 2009), support in Major Contract Approval Process, process purchase and sales invoices, invoice submission to customers and uploading in their portals, follow up for customer payments, process customer receipts and supplier payments, liaise with internal team related to sales and purchase invoicing, communicate and coordinate with other inter company subsidiaries, supplier, process staff expenses claims and documents filing.

This role would suit an analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, able to work independently and as part of a team, great effective communicator, both internally and externally.

Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years\' experience in similar positions.
• Strong ability in the use of spreadsheets and databases (MS Office)
• Experience with general legger entries, balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting annual and monthly budgeting/forecasting processes.

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience of ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Worked for MNC.
• Fluent English
