:Our client, one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team. In this role, your responsibilities would include but not limited to:Booking vendor invoices in Dynamics and completing vendor reconciliation.Filing & and maintaining all the bank payment vouchers and Journal vouchers,Posting all PDC vouchers and filing.Accounting for VAT IN and must be familiar with all rules and regulations of UAE VAT law.Analyzing bank statements for all the receipts, payments, and booking/follow-up for booking.Follow up vendor invoices with suppliers.Maintaining daily Bank Balance reports.Complete bank reconciliation of all banks every other day and clear reconciling items.Update and reconcile advance payment to suppliers ledger and follow up with procurement dept.Preparing & and maintaining advance to vendors/suppliers.Understanding of booking payments received from Customers.Reconciliation of vendor accounts monthly.Understand and assist Group AR supervisor in managing Account receivable.Complete any other assignments assigned by the manager.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of accounting experience, including 2 years maintaining independent book sets.Attention to detail and high accuracy.Stable profile, preferably who has work in Chemical IndustryStrong analytical skills.Organized with excellent time management abilitiesCPA Degree is mustMS Dynamic skillsFollow theTo view other vacancies we have, please check our website ( ) and follow us on our social media accounts - / / /Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
