Assistant Accountant & Inventory controller
Post daily entries and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Log the incoming and outgoing inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records
Organize the stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
Assist with other accounting projects as assigned
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Maintain inventory flow as per project requirement and track the raw materials used in the project.
Generate inventory reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve inventory management..
Conduct investigations into inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
