The Accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role involves maintaining financial records, overseeing budgets, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT filings.
Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Provide necessary documentation and address audit queries promptly.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow and suggest measures to improve financial health.
Professional experience in Tally.
