Overview:

Al Mizan Auto Parts Group Of Companies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and experience in the auto spare parts industry. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Financial Records

: Accurately record and update financial transactions in the general ledger.

Accounts Payable and Receivable

: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.

Financial Reporting

: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Tax Compliance

: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns.

Internal Controls and Audits

: Support internal and external audits. Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.

Cost Analysis and Inventory Management

: Perform cost analysis and monitor inventory levels. Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize purchasing and inventory practices.

Financial Analysis

: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances. Provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and strategic decision-making.

Technology and Software

: Utilize financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel) for efficient financial management and reporting.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience

: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the auto spare parts trading or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge

: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Analytical Skills

: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Communication

: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
