Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance , and supporting petty cash and other accounts related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining general ledger accounts. Process invoices, payments, and accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Support in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements. Assist with tax filing, VAT/GST calculations, and compliance with financial regulations. Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial matters. Support senior accountants in audits and financial analysis. Stay updated with accounting principles and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
