Job Description

Plastech International FZC, a manufacturing company in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the company's financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and cash flow management
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Support external audits and tax filings as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and accounting standards
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
