Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounting activities for a manufacturing company.
• Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
• Prepare documentation for audits and assist auditors as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry in the UAE.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Good command in English
• Arabic will be advantageous
• Able to take pressure and handle a startup with minimum supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo or any ERP software) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE accounting regulations and standards is preferred.
