Job Opportunity: Professional & Certified Accountant [Females only]

We are hiring a Professional and Certified Accountant to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Tax Invoices and handle FTA Tax Filing.

Finalize accounts, manage Petty Cash, and perform Bank Statement Reconciliation.

Maintain Accounts Knowledge and manage Accounts Receivables & Payables.

Document and safeguard Confidential Data.

Prepare reports tailored to Management Preferences.

Provide exceptional Customer Care and ensure Tenant Satisfaction.

Requirements:

Professional Accounting Degree (e.g.M. Com, B. com Accounting & Taxation,CA or equivalent).

Awareness of MS Office Excel and Letter Drafting.

Excellent Communication skills.

Advanced analytical skills

Advanced planning and organizing skills.

Negotiation & persuasion skills

Basic understanding of Sharjah Real Estate Rules & Regulations.

Preferred nationalities: Philippines, Arabic, Nepal,Myanmar

Location : Muweilah Commercial, Sharjah

Salary: AED 2,500 to AED 3,000
