Job Description
Position: Accountant for a Real Estate Company Location: Al Nahda Sharjah Salary: Dhs. 4000 / month : - Managing customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups for payments and approvals. - Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders - Preparing budget forecasts - Processing tax payments and returns - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements on time - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Ensure timely bank payments - Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements - Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity - Audit financial transactions and documents - Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary - Comply with financial policies and regulations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
