Job Description

We are seeking an accountant with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various accounting tasks efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management. - Support year-end closing and audit processes. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the trading or distribution industry. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Bookkeeper or similar). - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
