Position: Mid-Level Receptionist with Accounting and VAT Knowledge

Location: Dubai

What You'll Do:

• Reception Duties: Welcome and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.

• Accounting and VAT: Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable.
Knowledge of VAT regulations and ability to ensure compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist with exposure to accounting responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of VAT regulations and accounting principles.
