The CompanyRobert Half is exclusively partnered with a leading Real Estate developer in Dubai looking to enhance their Finance Team.The Role
Book internal transfers and customers\' payments on daily basis.
Identify and book chiller security deposit and account registration fees received through service request.
Run Management Fees on daily and monthly basis, and generate the invoices of legal, cheques warehousing, IT application software and any ad hoc commission, or other charges.
Book bulk receipting for Management, Warehousing, Legal Fees.
Process late renewal invoicing, Revise billing and write off and outstanding adjustment as per request.
Book Miscellaneous receipts upon requests.
Raise the billing of VAT returns to the owner association.
Assist in identifying unidentified payments, and book receipts when required.
Issue credit memos and re-raise invoice whenever required.
Close internal requests and queries.
Provide base calculation for accrual in case invoicing is not done.
Assist in Audit Activities.
Arrange merchant IDs with the bank for online payment gateway.
Ad hoc Tasks as per request.

Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy
