• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms.
• Receive and record payments from customers via various payment methods.
• Reconcile payments with invoices and update accounting records accordingly.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve payment disputes.
• Petty cash handling.
• Filing of documents.
