Accountant Real Estate
Job Description
• Handle Cash payments
• Follow up with Tenants on Rent Payments
• Arrange Cheque Deposits
• Entering daily rent transactions in ERP software
• Reconciles the cash collected on daily basis.
• Any other work Assigned by Head of Accounts.
• Reporting to Head of Accounts & Leasing Manager
• Basic knowledge of Accounting.
Bachelors in Commerce is a must.
Experience as an Accountant for at least 2years in real estate company
Experience on working with Tally/ERP/Excel sheet
Fresher in UAE with Home Country Experience also preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
