Job Description

The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Must have at least 2 years experience with Real Estate industry.

Job Purpose:

Managing daily accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, making financial decisions by tracking and correcting company accounts, conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial records throughout the year. Monitor and follow up receivables of instalments, rentals etc. Highlighting the defaulters for follow up or legal actions, as applicable.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be comfortable working with numbers, and have a keen eye for detail.

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

Update accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.

Updating changes in Real Estate SPAs and rental agreements

Reconcile the account transactions.

Handle the company complying with VAT and other relevant tax laws in the UAE. Prepare and submit VAT returns on time.

Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

Assist with the reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.

Enter and update financial data in SAP B1 to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.

Perform other duties as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,700.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
