Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payroll for all staff members
• Handle and track company expenses and operational costs
• Follow up with developers regarding outstanding payments
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to aid strategic planning
Requirements
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable - Conduct analysis on general ledger accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and generate operational budget statements - Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records financial statements and reports to access accuracy, completeness and conformance to procedural standards - Perform accounting functions related to payroll
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically within the real estate sector
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
