Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, perform financial analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and integrity for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure they are accurate and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Process payroll and calculate employee benefits and deductions. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure adherence to tax regulations. Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to senior management. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure financial transparency. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Maintain financial records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Provide recommendations for cost savings and financial efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven 2-3 experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. Knowledge of advanced Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with tax laws and financial regulations. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with SAP software
