Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank statements
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and record supplier invoices
• Analyze transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the ledger
• Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other reports monthly, quarterly, and annually
• File VAT returns in line with UAE Law
• Assist with external audits
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payables, vendor reconciliation, and daily entries
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books and UAE VAT regulations
• Experience with Oracle Fusion portals
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and preparing financial statements
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and able to meet deadlines
Preferred:
• Female candidates on a husband's visa
