Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Odoo ERP accounting software and tools.
The candidate will handle both Accounts Receivable and Payables, working closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial transactions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to achieving the company's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Ensure timely billing and collection of receivables and processing of payables.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing tasks.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day transactions and general ledger entries in Odoo ERP or other accounting software.
• Review and process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Expertise in Odoo ERP is highly preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, with strong data entry skills in Odoo.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, AR/AP processes, and financial reporting & VAT compliance.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
