Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Reconcile bank statements and manage payroll
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Preparing and filing tax returns
• Collaborate with property management teams to manage and optimize operating expenses and capital expenditures.
• ?Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial reporting and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Support tax preparation and audits, ensuring timely compliance with tax obligations.
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing profitability.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
