Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, hold a degree in accounting, and demonstrate the ability to independently manage all aspects of the company's accounting processes. Preference will be given to male candidates who meet the specified criteria. Key Responsibilities . Handle end-to-end accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. . Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. . Manage VAT filings and audits while maintaining accurate documentation. . Perform payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees. . Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management. . Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records. . Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed. . Prepare and manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission. . All other accounting requirements required by management. Qualifications & Requirements . Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. . Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in accounting roles. . Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel). . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. . Knowledge of VAT in Bahrain. Preferred Attributes . Male candidates are preferred for this role. . Familiarity with Tally and MS Office Suite. . Strong communication and organizational skills.
