Job Description

Reputed Group Looking for Accountant with Restaurant experience. Entering Daily Sales & checking bank deposit. Maintaining workings (Sales Cancellation, compliments and discount allowed & coupons expenses) Preparing all types of Payment Vouchers: Petty cash, General Petty Cash, Market Vegetable expenses, Petty cash, for Maintenance, Other expenses and Suppliers payment vouchers. Cash flow management Verifying Bank Statements to ensure the balance availability. Preparing Payroll for the Restaurant Staffs and General Staffs Preparing Cheques for all payments Physical stock checking of Store & Kitchen stock at the end of the month in Restaurant. Preparing Canteen Sales, Visitors etc Monthly Sales Breakup report for all branches in order to receive TOR Invoice. Managing Suppliers for holding the cheques when fund shortage occurs Closing the expenses monthly Passing Sales & Share entries of Talabat, Al Jahez, Ahlan VAT Reconciliation Every month Preparing profit and loss A/c or MIS report Please send your CV
