Position Overview: As an Accountant in our company, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations for our hospitality business. This position requires someone with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the hospitality industry to effectively manage daily financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports. Monitor and track operational expenses and assist in budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding financial management. Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and cost controls. Assist in audits and financial reporting as required. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an accountant, ideally in a hospitality or service-related industry. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. Familiarity with hospitality accounting softwares. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
