Dubai, UAE SALARY: 10,000 AED - 15,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent*Must have experience in jewelry sector**MUST SPEAK ARABIC*Position Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for external audits and coordinate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and information.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to maintain financial records and generate reports.
