M42 is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee key financial operations and drive efficiency across our organization.Responsibilities
- Monitor cash flows and prepare accurate cash forecasts.
- Develop and evaluate financial reporting systems and procedures.
- Execute payroll, accounts payable, and other financial operations.
- Analyze complex financial data to project future performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members while fostering collaboration.
- AR/AP Accounting expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles.
- Expertise in ERP systems, ORACLE and budget management for large organizations.
- Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
