JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTANT FOR HOAM
Key Responsibilities:
• Service charge billing to unit owners.
• Escrow accounts management, bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing yearly Owner Association budget.
• Respond to basic financial inquiries from homeowners and vendors.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
• Sending regular collection updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper collection records and PDC management.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Experience: 2 Years experience with Owners Association Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
