Accountant (gl, Reporting & Ifrs/ias Expertise)
Job Description
We are a well-established group seeking a skilled Accountant with proven experience in General Ledger (GL) management, financial reporting, and a strong command of IFRS/IAS standards.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- Partial qualification in ACCA/CA will be considered an advantage.
- Extensive experience in GL processes, including but not limited to:
- Monthly and yearly closing of books.
- Accruals booking.
- Preparing in-house financial statements.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
- Strong understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS (International Accounting Standards).
- Prior experience working at a group level and consolidating financial statements across multiple entities.
- Assisting in providing information for external/internal audits, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
