Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant General to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with local accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and a strong command accounting softwares. Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English is required to facilitate communication with team and stakeholders. Knowledge of local tax regulations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Prepare financial statements, VAT returns, and tax reports in compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations. Conduct bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial forecasting. Utilize Accounting Softwares for bookkeeping and reporting. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning. Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations. Stay updated on local tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Manage the operations of payroll processing, employee expense reimbursements,client payments and financial documentation. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for management decisions.

We are ready to work with you if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus). 3+ years of experience in general accounting, preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in 1C Software is mandatory. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, local tax regulations, and IFRS accounting principles. Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent proficiency in data and financial reporting tools.
