Your Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations. Prepare financial statements and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable. Conduct regular financial audits. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Manage payroll processing and related tasks. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
