Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support business decisions.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts related to the jewelry sector.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT filings and audits.
• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain financial accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong financial controls and processes within the division.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the jewelry sector is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software Preferably Suntech.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting related to jewelry.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
