Job Advertisement: Real Estate Accountant ( CPA is a must )

A leading real estate developer is seeking a Female, a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to manage and streamline the financial operations of our property development projects. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for the real estate industry, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end accounting processes from journal entries to finalization, including preparing comprehensive financial reports.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in real estate transactions.

Maintain compliance with Corporate Tax, VAT, and AML policies, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to regulations.

Collaborate with the project team to monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage project-specific accounts.

Assist with cash flow management and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming real estate developments.

Prepare and analyze financial reports for real estate projects, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and project profitability reports.

Maintain detailed records of property transactions, including sales, leases, and development costs.

Support the finance team in auditing and financial reviews related to property development.

Work closely with legal and administrative departments to ensure all financial records align with contract terms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and real estate industry practices.

Experience working with real estate developers or property management companies.

Proficiency in accounting software and property management systems.

Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and processes.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
