Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Cost Accounting: Manage cost accounting functions related to food and beverage manufacturing, including inventory management, cost of goods sold, and production costs.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and industry standards. Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Taxation: Handle tax reporting and compliance, including VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Internal Controls: Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations and procurement, to ensure seamless financial management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial practices specific to hospitality and food & beverage manufacturing.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
