Position Overview:

As a Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance to ensure the company's financial health and accuracy in its financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Develop, implement, and manage financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data. Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Perform detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance. Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and working capital. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial laws. Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance overall departmental performance. Coordinate audits, internal controls, and other financial reviews. Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall company goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions. Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and tools for tracking and analysing performance.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in MBA Finance & Accountings. Proven experience 3 to 5 years in finance or accounting, with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Proficiency in accounting software in Tally Prime Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex Accounting data. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial Knowledge of Accounting regulations, compliance standards, and tax laws.
