:Our client, an international logistics company, is urgently looking for an Accountant who will primarily be responsible for booking of invoices and set up of payables for product and expenses of HoReCa Sales and 3PL/4PL trading module.Your other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information.\xc2\xb7 Documents financial transactions by entering account information.\xc2\xb7 Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.\xc2\xb7 Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.\xc2\xb7 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.\xc2\xb7 Secures financial information by completing database backups.\xc2\xb7 Books suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices to set up the liabilities\xc2\xb7 Analyses and clears provisions account upon booking of invoice and prepares journal entries corresponding to booking of invoices.\xc2\xb7 Prepares Debit/Credit card notes arising from the booking of the invoices, as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Prepares Bank reconciliation and other account related to customs prepayment accounts\xc2\xb7 Booking of suppliers invoices to set up the liabilities\xc2\xb7 Analyses and clears provisions account upon booking on invoice and prepares journal entries corresponding to booking invoices\xc2\xb7 Prepared debit or credit notes arising from booking on invoices, as necessary\xc2\xb7 In charge in preparation of adjustment entries, accrual and prepaymentsRequirementsTo be considered in this role you need to have the below criteria:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy preferable Certified Public Accountant/ ACCA full or partly qualified / MCom/BSC Accounting, MBA

• At least three years experience in general accounting work

• Experience from an F&B/food services industry is a must.

• Should be a team player

• Knowledgeable Oracle System

• Power BI is an added advantage

• Should be young, energetic and have attention to details in his/her work with a proactive approach.
