Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Motor City, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience , a valid UAE driving license , and a proven track record in the exhibition and events design industry. This role requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial operations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Support project costing and budgeting related to exhibitions and events design.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.

Role Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, within the exhibition and events design industry.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA)

Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and regulations.

Other: Valid UAE driving license and the ability to travel within the UAE as required.
