Al Amera Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a preference for those who have worked in the real estate industry. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Financial Reporting:•

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.

2. •Transaction Management:•

- Record all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.

3. •Accounting Records:•

- Maintain and update the general ledger.

- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.

- Manage and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

4. •Compliance and Audits:•

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.

- Implement and adhere to accounting procedures and controls.

5. •Financial Analysis:•

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies.

- Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making.

6. •Client and Vendor Relations:•

- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.

- Address and resolve billing issues or payment inquiries.

7. •Tax and Regulatory Compliance:•

- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.

- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.

•Qualifications:•

- •Education:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- •Experience:• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

- •Skills:• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage), MS Excel, and other financial tools.

- •Knowledge:• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and real estate accounting practices.

- •Attention to Detail:• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- •Communication:• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
