Main duties of the job

• Monitor and chase payments from clients and partners. o Manage budgets and cash flows.
• Reconcile payments from insurance companies.
• Develop monthly budgets.
• Prepare payroll and monthly incentives.
• Administer incentives for the marketing department.
• Compile departmental financial reports for each clinic.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reconcile accounts.
• Create balance sheets, income statements, and other financial performance reports.
• Conduct cost and general ledger analyses.
• Fulfill monthly tax obligations. o Ensure compliance during tax audits.

Person specification

Education/ Qualifications

• Bsc degree level or equivalent.
• Technical experience in capital accounting and capital asset management in medical setting.
• Experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
• Experience in leading or working through month end and year end reporting.
• Previous experience in medical settings and working with insurance companies.

Skills/Knowledge/ Abilities

• Ability to work with staff at all levels, with specific ability to work with senior teams.
• Team leadership, management, and engagement skills.
• Able to use computer systems including MS Office - particularly MS Excel - to work effectively in a finance environment.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
