Record and process day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Manage petty cash and handle expense reports.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate tracking of employee work hours and deductions.
Maintain and update financial records regularly to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Provide support for internal audits and assist with document preparation.
Assist in maintaining inventory and fixed asset records.
Handle routine administrative tasks related to accounting functions, including filing and organizing financial documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience (1-2 years UAE ) in a accounting or administrative role.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
