Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with a CA background to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance. Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. Handle VAT calculations, filings, and compliance as per UAE regulations. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities. Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies. Utilize accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems. Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications:

CA background (CA Inter / Semi-Qualified / Qualified Preferred). 3 to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT laws, and corporate tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP). Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
