Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as an accountant preferably in property management and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Conduct bank reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.

Perform general accounting tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software.
