Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at an interior decoration manufacturing company based in Dubai. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a full-time position requiring a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA qualification will be preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE taxation and accounting regulations is preferred. Experience in the interior decoration industry is a plus. Bank reconciliation experience VAT knowledge Must Know Full Accounting Cycle Can prepare Financial Report according to IAS & IFRS. Knowledge of Odoo software is a plus
