Job Description

:

We are looking for a

Junior Accountant

with experience using

Zoho Books

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day accounting tasks

including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations. Record and maintain

financial transactions

accurately in

Zoho Books

. Prepare and process

accounts payable and receivable

. Assist in

monthly and annual financial reporting

. Reconcile

bank statements, ledgers, and accounts

. Ensure compliance with

financial regulations and company policies

. Assist in

VAT filing and other tax-related tasks

. Support senior accountants with audits and financial analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

.

1-2 years of experience

in accounting, preferably using

Zoho Books

. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles and financial reporting

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and accounting software

. Attention to detail and

strong analytical skills

. Ability to work independently and

meet deadlines

.

Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations

is a plus.
